Gnomes should have the right to come and go as they like, yet we still have to deal with all the gnomes not in their homes,But if they aren't leaving their lawn spots, maybe they like it. They could enjoy the cities, the small neighborhoods. They have to learn to co-exist with the cats, and dogs, and little kids, and squirrles.
